Thaïna has been working at De Clercq since June 2025. She specializes in IT, Internet, and Privacy law, and has gained experience in commercial and corporate law. This enables her to handle (complex) issues that lie at the intersection of these legal domains.
Thaïna is flexible, committed, and goal-oriented. She approaches matters strategically and with a solution-focused mindset, always taking into account her client’s interests and wishes.
Thaïna obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed a Master’s in IT, Internet and Privacy at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Before joining De Clercq’s technology team in June 2025, she worked as a Legal Counsel at a multinational company.
In her daily practice, Thaïna advises companies and organizations on legal matters related to IT law, privacy, and cybersecurity. She provides guidance to executives, directors, and in-house Legal Counsels on these issues.
