Attention employers with 10+ employees: a legal obligation to implement a code of conduct for unwanted behavior is on the way. As a result, the Working Conditions Act will be amended. This legislative change is now open for public consultation. You can provide your input until March 23, 2025, via this link.

Code of conduct

A code of conduct is more than just a piece of paper. It ensures that:

  • It is clear what is and isn't acceptable in the workplace.
  • The conversation about social safety is conducted structurally.
  • Employees can more easily address each other on behavior.
  • Unwanted behavior is addressed more quickly, before it escalates.

In short: a small measure with a significant impact on a safe and respectful working environment.
