Being part of the Works Council means contributing to your organization’s policies. Of course, you do that through the day-to-day activities of the Council, but every so often a case arises where you can truly make a difference. Think of a complex merger process, negotiating a social plan, drafting employment conditions, or handling a serious conflict with the executive board.
At MainStage OR, the exclusive headline program of OR Live, we will focus precisely on these kinds of cases. Four exceptional situations will take center stage, cases where the Works Council played a decisive role in shaping organizational policy. Together with their advisors, Works Councils will share their unique stories and highlight the key lessons learned.
If you attend MainStage OR, you can also take part in many of the workshops from the regular OR Live program. The schedule is designed to allow you to benefit from both.
