Employment & Employee Participation
Eline Snijders primarily advises employers and works councils on a broad range of employment law matters, including restructurings, employee participation, individual and collective dismissals, mergers and acquisitions, and incapacity for work. She advises and represents both employers and employees in legal proceedings.
Eline combines sharp legal analysis with a practical approach. She is committed to finding solutions that are not only legally sound but also effective in practice.
Eline obtained her Bachelor's degrees in Law and Tax Law from Leiden University. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in employment law through a number of elective courses in the field. In 2022, she completed her Master's degree in Employment Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Eline began her legal career at NautaDutilh in Amsterdam in early 2023, where she specialised in employment law and employee participation law. In June 2026, she joined De Clercq.
My daily practice focuses on employment law and employee participation law. I advise on a wide range of matters, including dismissals, restructurings, underperformance and incapacity for work. In addition, I assist works councils and management in a variety of employee participation processes and collaborative projects.
