As of 1 January 2026, Tim de Vries has been appointed as a Salary Partner in the Corporate Law team at De Clercq Advocaten Notariaat. His appointment underscores the continued strengthening of the firm’s corporate law practice.
Tim has been with De Clercq since 2014 and has developed over the years into a highly valued advisor for entrepreneurs and investors, both nationally and internationally, with a particular focus on acquisitions. He advises and guides clients on mergers, private equity, venture capital, business succession, management buy-ins, and buy-outs across various sectors.
