Anneleen obtained her Master’s degree in Notarial Law from Leiden University. During her studies, she completed several internships and worked as a student trainee at various law firms and notarial practices, providing her with a solid practical foundation. She is currently completing the professional training programme for civil-law notaries while further developing her expertise within De Clercq Notariaat’s corporate law practice.
As a candidate civil-law notary specialising in corporate law, I advise entrepreneurs on the legal aspects of their businesses. From incorporating companies to restructurings and business transfers, I work closely with clients to find the most suitable legal solutions.
