As a motivated, enthusiastic junior notary, Judith Kluitman is primarily involved in advising and assisting individuals with regard to the drafting of wills, prenuptial agreements and the settlement of estates.

Judith studied Notarial Law and Law at Leiden University. After successfully completing her Master’s degree in Notarial Law, she worked as a notarial and tax lawyer for FBN Juristen, where she gained a great deal of substantive knowledge in all facets of notarial law. Upon joining De Clercq in April 2023, Judith also commenced her professional notarial training.
‘My daily practice consists of varied tasks primarily in the area of family law in the notarial office. This involves meetings with clients, drafting deeds and assisting clients with their enquiries. I encounter a wide range of questions, and I take a thorough approach in addressing these to ensure that people receive the right advice.’
