After completing his law studies in Leiden, Sacha started his career as an attorney in 2005, in the Corporate Law section at De Clercq. He spent the first few years gaining extensive experience in broad corporate law practice. He went on to a postdoctoral fellowship at the Grotius Academy in 2010, after which he decided to further specialise in the field of litigation and other types of dispute resolution, such as arbitration. Sacha has since become a partner in the Corporate Law section, and his practice consists primarily of effective dispute resolution and litigation.
‘I have a great deal of experience in advising and assisting parties in liability matters, litigation and other disputes. As an attorney, I have chosen to specialise mainly in corporate litigation, focusing on directors’ and officers’ liability and professional liability, shareholder disputes, and disputes between companies. I can also provide advice to directors or entrepreneurs on how to prevent litigation and liability, and on setting up corporate governance with an effective supervisory function.’
