Weronika is active within De Clercq’s corporate law practice. She advises and supports clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial law matters.

Weronika is an enthusiastic and committed legal professional with a proactive and pragmatic approach. She takes a genuine interest in her clients and their interests and is adept at understanding their perspective. With her straightforward working style and results-oriented mindset, she is dedicated to delivering practical and effective solutions.

Education and Career

Weronika obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International Business Law from Leiden University and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Corporate Law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Before joining De Clercq, she gained experience at various law firms through internships and student trainee positions.

In February 2026, Weronika joined De Clercq as a Legal Assistant. She will commence the Dutch Bar Professional Training Programme in September 2026.

Weronika’s practice focuses on corporate law in the broadest sense. She advises and supports clients on a wide range of legal matters, both in litigation and transactional work.
